Marni’s Creative Director Francesco Risso designed the flower motif, which was inspired by nature. Decals are used to apply the pattern to the fine bone china, after which it is glazed, to make it more wear resistant. The slightly asymmetrical shapes of the plates, bowls, cups, saucers, and tea pots only serve to accentuate the hand-finished porcelain’s quality.
