Delivery and Return

Pick up and pay for your order at one of our showrooms.

You can pick up your order by yourself with the ability to pay at the store:

- In our Swarovski stores (Swarovski items ONLY!!!)

- Henry Moon store

What is required?

- After placing your order, please indicate that you would like to pick up the goods at one of the stores and that you would like to make payment at the store by cash or bank card.

- Wait until an employee will contact you and tell you exactly where to pick up your order.

 

We deliver with OMNIVA, DPD or DHL.

 

 

Omniva and DPD delivery

1) Pick up your order at an Omniva or DPD collection point and pay by bank transfer (not possible outside the Baltic States).

What is required?

 - After placing your order please indicate in which parcel machine you would like to pick up your order and that you would like to pay by bank transfer.

- Wait until a member of staff will contact you or you will receive the bill.

- After payment, you will soon receive a message on your phone or by email with a code that your order has been successfully delivered to the specified parcel office.

- Enter the door code you received in the text message/email.

 

2) Pick up your order at an Omniva collection point by paying for the item on the spot (this delivery method is available ONLY at OMNIVA parcel machines and can only be paid for by bankcard! Not possible outside the Baltic States).

 What is required?

- After placing your order, please indicate in which Omniva parcel machine you would like to pick up your order and that you would like to pay for it on the spot.

- Wait for a message to your phone or email with a code stating that your order has been successfully delivered to the machine you have specified.

- Enter the door code received in the text message/email on the screen.

- Pay by credit card.

 

3) Receive your order by Omniva or DPD courier, paying by bank transfer (courier delivery can only be arranged by bank transfer in advance).

What is required?

 - When ordering, please make sure to indicate the exact delivery address and that you would like to pay by bank transfer.

- Wait until a member of our staff contacts you or you receive the bill.

- After payment, you will receive a message on your phone or email letting you know when your order will be delivered to your address.

 

 

DHL delivery

DHL Express can deliver to over 230 countries worldwide (except Russian Federation and Belarus, with limited access to Ukraine).

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to help.

 

 

Returns

Within 14 days of receipt (Article 12 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPRA)), you may return or exchange any product purchased from www.henry-moon.lv if:

- the product is not the right size,

- a manufacturing defect was detected upon receipt of the product *.

* The seller is not liable for defects which occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer, or for defects caused by improper use of the goods.

 

Conditions for Returns

 

 Goods to be returned must:

 - be in the original packaging;

 - Without any signs of use (wear and tear, all labels and protective stickers must be intact) or damage, indicating that the product has been used*.

- All original invoices (delivery notes), receipts and other proof of purchase must be retained.

 

* www.henry-moon.lv may not accept returns if there is no proof of purchase, product has been used, damaged, original packaging is missing, parts are missing, labels are missing, original stickers have been removed.

 

 

Return Policy

 

If you choose to return an item, please contact us at info@henry-moon.lv with your name, order number, and the reason you wish to return the item. We will contact you to determine the return method:

- By sending the goods through Omniva/DPD. In this case you have to wait until a member of our staff will contact you and send a return request. The product must be properly packed and accompanied by a proof of purchase and a completed return application form.

Important! You are responsible for the safety of the product during transportation!

 

Refund

 

Once your returned items have been received and checked for compliance with our return policy, we will notify you that we have received your returned items. If all conditions for a return are met, we will refund your money within 30 calendar days from the date of acceptance of the merchandise.

 

The refund will be made according to the original method of payment or to the account, you specified on your return application.
